Factors Associated with Failure following Hip Arthroscopy for FAI in Patients over 40

Hip arthroscopy is considered one option in preserving the hip. Previous studies have shown age may be a predictor of failure; however, it unclear what factors lead to failure older patient. The purpose this study was determine associated with conversion total hip arthroplasty patient over 40 undergoing arthroscopy. 268 patients were identified who years age, had primary for FAI labral repair.
